Please take note of the information found below as to not cause any mistakes and inconveniences
1. Delivery date and Pick-up date
2. Luggage size (28 inches/below 28 kg), any more than that and you will have to pay 10,000 KRW on spot.
3. Provide your FB, Line, Kakaotalk, or Wechat
4. Pickup date and time (10:00am - 10:00pm), please place your luggage at the hotel lobby before 9 AM.
5. Accommodation details
6. Please inform the hotel in advance of the luggage delivery
7. If you need your luggage by 2 P.M., please provide it the day before.
Note: In case of problems, please contact KKday urgently.
